Thank you for your comments on this site not many managers have done this in the past.
I am afraid you are wrong again with your comment that the people who write here do not support the club.
I first came to see the Deres in 1947 and have supported them to this day I have paid thousands of pounds to watch them over the 63 years so I feel I have every right to criticise or praise the team and the manager if I feel inclined.
The truth is that we started the season with a promising team that looked as if we would do well in the league for the first two months then it started to go down hill till we reach the stage when we cannot beat the team at the bottom of the league. Who do you blame for this if it is not the manager. I am sorry to say that the team and some of the players look as they do not care if they play or not and what they are supposed do be doing. Nobody seems to be able to motivate them at half time they come out for the second half and play worse. In my opinion the blame must for this must be taken by the manager.

I think the real blame should be aimed at the board who have sat back and watched the exact same team as we all have all season, afterall they are the ones who appointed Radders. (as i have said time and time again) "Radders is a nice fella who i believe will one day make a good manager", but he is to raw to be manager of a team who should be up their every season trying win promotion, radders was allways going to make mistakes (and his biggest has been trying to many players) oh and he keeps dropping huss. tut tut.. Radbourne should be number two learning his trade off an old head of a manager, Im beggining to wonder if radders had been used as a scape goat by an under ambitious chairman hmmmmmm. I would just like to wish radders and the team all the best for the rest of this year and next because after all radders im also a deres fan who wants to see atleast a team who can put up a fight............

As i have said before the loyal supporters who post on this forum have a right to express their opinions, thats not a problem we can handle that ,although i will always defend my decisions out loud.
i get angry with the people who jump on the band wagan ,get personal etc and dont give a dame about the club.Because they want to see us fail.!
If some people have taken my comments the wrong way,i apoligise for that.I would rather Supporters approach me at the matches and voice their views, this is a far better way.in my eyes.
When i took over i said it was a 3 year plan(things dont happen overnight).we are still on track for that.Comments about me being too inexperienced, yes your right but how do you get experience?I have learnt alot this season and continue to do so,We are building for the future as from today games. Please reserve judgement.
I hope this post has not affended anyone, but i know what things are like and the bones will probably be picked out of this aswell??

Everyone has a right to post......what you have got to do is to answer the ones that you feel are worth answering.

Define loyal support???? I dont go every game but still support the Deres as do a fair majority on here...........

Radders i really hope you havent taken anything i have said as a personal attack on you, I have said many times I think you are a nice guy, I am the one who says you are too inexperienced , and you ask how do you gain experience ? well its obvious , you work with a manager who has the experience as his understudy and learn from him....... When i ran a team i used to use a system that would have suited OUR club (ERITH AND BELVEDERE) as the players we have or had at the deres where the of the same kind. 3 deffenders 3 midfield 2 attackers with a player having the freedom of either side of the pitch palaying as a wing back type, this flooded both deffence and midfield, I know you wwill blank this idea and im wasting my time but with the likes of BROMBY IN GOAL TIPPLE UP AND DOWN THE RIGHT BEDFORD UP AND DOWN THE RIGHT WATERS BINKS AND HILLS ACROSS THE BACK THREEM HUSS DEAN AND O,CONNOR IN MID WALKER AND NEAL UPFRONT WOULD HAVE BEEN A TEAM TO RECON WITH
