I said when i took over things would not happen over night. You dont go from 7,7 and 8th in the league to winning it.unless your given a big budget, and thats not guaranteed.
There were lots of behind the scene issues that needed sorting.Learning from my own mistakes along the way.I've learnt alot this season, mainly people have been an eye opener for me.Once bitten twice shy.??????
i also said that it was 2/3 year plan.its taken faversham 2.5 years[big budget]maidstone 3 years [big big budget],vcd 2 years[inherited decent squad, just added a couple] ,whitstable 2years[inherited good squad ,added a couple],Ramsgate 2.5 years[local lads great team spirit]None of these teams were put together overnight..!
No-one is working harder than us[me matt and neil]to put things right, believe me.and no-one gets more upset than us when things dont go right.
Ihave been through alot of players this season for one reason or another but from now til the end of the season we will be getting players in to look at them.youth ,reserves ,trialist etc.there will be changes .more importantly getting our injured and suspended players back aswell.

WE have already started planning for next year and hopefully by the end of the season we will know the nucleus of the side, adding a couple during the close season.
we know what we are looking for, and the areas that need strenghtening.

Yeah, look don't worry Gaggsy and Nathaniel are now in good hands, I'm sure they wont mind me thanking you for your continued interest.

This isn't the time to be sacking anyone, let's get behind Radders......

I agree, not suggesting a sacking either. Also all for getting rid of disruptive / less than 100% players. However cant help feeling we have lost a few good ones along the way. Fair point though about supporters not knowing what goes on behind the scenes.

It certainly makes sense to start building now rather than still changing things as next season gets underway. Lets hope for a few good individual performances in the last few games.
