Bromley fixture rescheduled and representative honours for an Under 14 starlet

Our Pre-Season Friendly with Bromley has been put back 48 hours and will now be played on Thursday 29 July, kick off 7.45pm.

This is due to Croydon Athletic postponing a friendly fixture with Crystal Palace on Tuesday 27 July and the Eagles will now travel to Hayes Lane to face Bromley on Tuesday 27 July, thus necessitating the re-scheduling of our fixture with the Lillywhites.

In Youth Team news, the Under 16 team has reluctantly withdrawn from this season’s Valley Express Kent Youth League and we will now continue with teams at Under 13, Under 14, Under 15 and Under 18 level.

Manager Martin Munday has today learned that Charlie Munnery, has been selected into the squad for the Kent County Under 14’s for this season.

Our congratulations go out to Charlie and we will watch his progress with interest.

Under 18 manager Wayne Baldacchino had announced that the following players have signed for this season’s squad;

Lee Kidman – from Bexley Borough FC
James O’Donnell – Docklands JFC
George Lloyd – Long Lane & Kent
Louis Fazzani – Welling United
